Our Story
While guiding Nick on a beautiful stretch of the River Test, Ben struck up a conversation about careers and ambitions. They quickly discovered not only their shared passion for fishing but also their similarly unconventional career paths.
As they spent more time on the water together, the connection between fly fishing and personal growth became undeniable. Inspired by this realisation, they decided to deepen their expertise—each becoming qualified in the other’s field: executive coaching and fly fishing guiding. The more they learned, the more they became convinced of fishing’s unique ability to inspire change and development.

CEO & Co Founder
Ben has competed for the England Fly Fishing Team at European & National Championships. He has guided guests on unique fishing trips all over the world for 20 years. He is a qualified fishing guide and executive coach
Deacs
Fly Fishing Guide
Deaks has been passionate about angling for over 45 years, fishing across multiple disciplines in both fresh and saltwater for a wide range of species. He has competed in several England Fly Fishing rivers finals over the past decade, bringing valuable competition experience alongside a deep love for fishing for pleasure. Based in the south of England, he has guided on some of the country’s most famous chalk streams and freestone rivers.
Don
Fly Fishing Guide
Don was born in Thailand and has been fishing for 36 years across multiple countries and disciplines. A three-time winner of the Grayling Classic, he brings a wealth of experience in both competitive and recreational fishing. Alongside his passion for angling, Don has spent 25 years as a chef in high-end establishments around the world, blending his expertise in food and fishing to create unique experiences.
Dick
Fly Fishing Guide
Dick served 18 years in the military, completing active duty across the world. Alongside his secondary career as a heating engineer, he has pursued an unrelenting passion for fly fishing, building a strong competitive track record. Known for his infectious sense of humour, he brings both skill and camaraderie to every fishing experience.
Emily
Advisor, photographer & guide
Emily grew up in Weardale in the North East of England and started fishing in her early 20’s. She has her own media business Emily Graham Media working with businesses to grow through websites, socials, photography and branding. Emily has worked with many clients through a fishing company she works with and loves nothing more than being in the outdoors.
